Please note the following before submitting a Maintenance Request:
If the item is deemed to be your responsibility (i.e. the toilet is blocked due to items that shouldn't be flushed) you will be responsible for the cost of the repair.
If your maintenance request is urgent i.e. sewerage leak, major water leak, gas leak, serious electrical fault (please check if your neighbours are also affected and if so contact your electricity provider), roof collapse please contact our office on 03 8555 3828 immediately.
If your maintenance request is non urgent i.e. dripping tap, oven not working, airconditioning not working, minor water leak please fill in the maintenance request form below. Please allow 72 hours for us to contact you for non urgent maintenance requests.
